| description: | The Teacher Environmental Education Preparation (TEEP) program was established in the fall of 1999 as a partnership between the Council on the Environment of New York City (CENYC), Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC) , and the Wallerstein Collaborative for Urban Environmental Education at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development . TEEP is a network of university faculty and environmental professionals working together to bring about increased opportunities for environmental education in pre-service teacher education.
